At Utah Production Supplies, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at customerservice@utahproductionsupplies.com or call (385) 317-6761 with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to ship your item. All returns must be shipped back directly to the original vendor or supplier. The vendor/supplier return address will be provided upon approval. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected by the vendor or supplier, we will notify you of the refund decision. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the credit.
Exchanges
If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@utahproductionsupplies.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange an exchange promptly.
